If you have placed an order with us recently or in the past, you can view the status of your order by selecting the "My account" button on the top menu of this website.
If your order has been successfully placed, you will have seen a 'Thank you' screen and received a confirmation e-mail. Your order is then passed to the Clove Technology order team, for credit-checking and processing.
Clove endeavours to send all orders out on the same day, subject to availability and clearance. This means that most UK orders will be received within 2 to 3 days. Overseas orders receipt will depend on location and transit time. If, however, you are concerned that your order has taken longer than the specified period, please complete the order tracker within 'My account' link at the top of the webpage.
Note: To allow time to get onto the system, order-tracking can take place only after the order has been placed for 12 hours or more. Then, once a trace has been initiated through this system, a response will be given usually by the next working day.
When contacting us about your order, please supply as much information as possible, including your order reference number, this will speed up and assist us in supplying the most accurate information the reply.
